Shipping & ReturnsMy goal is to make the best garment possible for your hound. In
order to do that I need time to cut, pin and sew each individual item.
Every once in a while my machines don’t want to co-operate so I
have to either take them in for repair or step away and regroup. I will
always let you know the status of your order from when I actually start
to when I actually finish and when it is ready to ship. For domestic
orders, I ship First class mail and international orders I ship the
same. Items are shipped by weight and if it totals over 13 oz, I ship
priority mail. I cannot be responsible for what the post office does
once it leaves my hands. If you would like delivery confirmation
and /or tracking information, that will be an additional charge.
I am fair as far as returns go. Granted most businesses don’t like to take returns. I however will accept a return if you contact me within THREE days of receiving your garment. After that, I’m sorry, I can’t accommodate you. All garments must not show any signs of wear, tear or disrepair. I will need an e-mail stating why it is being returned and you will have to pay shipping expenses. I will refund what you actually paid for it minus shipping and tax. Disclaimer: Your hound should be supervised and you assume responsibility for any accidents incurred from a Downtown Houndz garment. *Payment*I accept Paypal and personal check. |
